Hi so my fitblr blog is keep-itskinny and i recently submitted a progress photo of myself. one of my followers asked me to resubmit with a before and after! so here! basically i did the 10Day Challenge about one year ago and lost about 5-6 pounds after i finished that i really focused on toning up and gaining muscle. Over the course of one year i go to my GW and i love my body. I dont think i ever could have achieved it though if I had not had found the 10 day challenge.. it motivated me to change to eat healthier! I cannot thanks Alexia enough! :) xo
